i went to bestbuy last week to exchange my broken xbox 360 for a new one under my warranty. for my new xbox i got a new wireless controller. i put my battery pack into my new controller and now when i try to change it the green light is always on for the play and charge kit. when i disconnect the play and charge kit...the controller shuts off.....basically what i am saying is that my battery pack will not charge...anyone know a fix?
