Xbox 360 worked again after 1,3,4 rrod.....!!!!! what to do now??

I was playing mafia ii when suddenly the rrod problem appeared. after i restarted it the problem got solved and i again played it after some time......... Will this problem occur again?? Should i sell this console or not??? Mine is a xbox 360 fat with 60 gb hdd

i got rrod on my elite once, switched it off and restarted it. never had a problem since. I think it might have been to do with the power brick supply or something, i dunno.

@halfbottle- mine power brick was actually 110v but since im in Nepal, the power is 220v here. i din knw abt that and jus connected the power brick due to which it just smoked.... lolz i remember it :-D but later it again worked. sumtime later my brother did the same thing for about a few sec but the power bricks still goin strong. U think the power brick could be the issue???

i got rrod on my elite once, we were on low power supply that day (work was being done), so the xbox wasn't receiving adequate power. The lights went red but once the power was back to normal everything was fine again :)

the first time you see the 3rl it's a warning light, telling you hardware is beginning to fail.

Don't be like everyone else and sell the console, you don't want to put someone else through buying what they think is a new console and having it crap out on them, that's messed up. Just buy a new console
