Retailers have confirmed that the new SKU is in their systems, set for
a May 1 release for $479.99. In addition to the new video interface,
the system would also pack a 120 GB HDD hard drive into its nifty black
exterior.

i don't know if that article is enough for me to trust that this is true. when it's anounced my microsoft then i'll believe it. but i have to say i hope it's true.

thats not friggen confirmed. that picture is a mock up photoshopped picture that has been around since before the 360 even launched. THE END

The problem with me believing this is that the 20GB HD is $100, so the 120GB HD would be $600?

yeah exactally FBI...the 20 gb for 100..juz imagine what the 120 will cost..im cool with the 360 i got, i enjoy DL videos so i could use a bigger HD in the future.

1. Microsoft my be a heartless Corp., but there is no way they would screw early adopters.
2. the "Zepher" was Debunked
3. The whole idea is sutpid
4. if it is true, Screw it, there is no way im re-buying a system i already have.

Like IGN says, even if it does exist, it most likely will not be marketed to the Gamer, but to the Home Theater Buff, who would use its HDMI ports, HD-DVD and Large HDD to view Movies and TV.

I would buy the 120 Gb HDD Seprate tho, for A Never Full memory game experiance.

M$ needs to hurry up and confirm this so I can put my 360 on my carpet, power it up and leave it on for 3 days straight.  Then once it overheats, I'll take the POS and my warranty up to eb games and switch it for a Zephyr!

If you read the warranty in detail...they won't give you the new Zephr although it's implied...it only means the latest version of the Xbox 360....this system will have a different and thus wouldn't be related.

They'll give you a $480 working console with a 120GB harddrive for a overheated $400 broken console with a 20GB harddrive? That store is stupid.
