Xbox 360/Elite Questions...

Ok, I'm thinking about getting an Xbox 360 or Elite (depending on the cost) for Christmas and I have some questions about both systems, I'm going to ask them one at a time:

#1 what's the difference(s) between 360 and Elite?

Like the previous poster said, the arcade has no hard drive and the elite has a 120gb hard drive. If you plan on playing online or on downloading any demos/game add-ons/videos, you'll need the hard drive. Personally, I'd get the elite.

#2 I heard you can play movies on 360, but you need something for it, is that true?

I'm pretty sure you just have to but the remote but I'm not sure. Last Gen systems could use the controller to play movies but I think they changed it.

All you got to know is get the one with a hard drive and you're set.

yes you can play dvds or divx files ona cd or dvd and you can use your controller or use the remote, my elite came with the remote, and no you don't need to buy anything else to play dvds

Elite is $299. You can also get the CoD edition for $399 that comes with a 250gb hard drive, 2 controllers, and the gameModern Warfare 2.
