XBOX 360-The Life the Luxury

Xbox 360 is the best console out there, none can oppose its online superiority, let alone its stunning xbox 360 only games, with the help of Gears, COD, Oblivion, and Halo(My opinion of the best 360 games), the system has come into its own light. It destroyed the Wii and is still beating PS3 in sales (in games that is), Its now even shown new light into MMORPG with the "TBA" release date of CONAN:Hyborian Adventures, and whispers of Diablo III coming to the system spark the ears of many. FPS on the other hand has run so freaking far ahead of other consoles that they're nowhere to be found, Halo 3 has reached a new high with over five and a half hundred-thousand users playing online (at one time). With the new 360 only games coming out this year will be even father advanced with titles such as Fable 2 and Gears 2. So bring it on PS3 we can take you and we will be the better console. I find it quite ironic how 2 out of the 4 best games 360 has is also on PS3. You could have at least picked four exclusives.

While Gears 2 will be awesome, I won't get hyped for Fable until I see some reviews.

I really don't think 360 and PS3 are competing with the wii, so I don't know why you have even mentioned it. And as far as PS3 goes this fall, Resistance, Motorstorm, LBP all look like really great games. I think both consoles have good lineups. Not sure where you are getting your superiority complex from.

I really don't understand why people care about what system thier playing thier games on...I play video games for the *games* and tend to barely notice what system im actually playing it on while im playing video games, sorry but this topic screams fanboy.

My opinion is that the 360 is the best console out as well. I dont know why... maybe the price is right?... no that cant be it...

One thing though that i feel the PS3 has over the 360 is the blueray player. Aren't HD DVD's being like discontinued and only blueray discs will continue? im not sure

wii dominates 360

wii offers different game play style then 360 so they are equal the battle is really between ps3 and 360 wii is in its own realm for now that is wii 2 will bring the competition starting 2010-2011 ms next console wont launch until 2014-2015 4 or 5 yrs after wii 2 and just in time for nintendos next console after wii 2 ,

same for ps3 since they claim they wanna do a 10 yr run

nintendo is actaully the only one to come up and say they are working on wii 2, remember the talk of revolution came 2 years in to gamecube life time same for 360 and ps3 a litle later,

so ya i expect n7 to come, -if all 3 stay on map , im sure they will

i like the 360 games i own same for ps3 but since graphics mean little to me

wii offers me more, they got it locked

nintendo knew what they were doing i my self couldnt belive it i thought they were doomed

nintendo has put it self ahead by 4 systems to sony and 5 to microsoft lol,

think about it, the life time of nintendos is always 5 yrs before next system but the previous didnt die as soon so put a extra month or 2 in wii , but ya

nintendo did a smart move, they just gave them selves another top seller, 3 times a top 1 more then sony

this is coming just hot off the heals of the gc n64 fiasco

nintendo never disappoints , think about it, even if their last consoel did not sell as good as xbox it came close ,

it has some of the funnest games ,,

n64 before that opened the door for halo , thanks to goldeneye 007 and perfect dark success

and wii offered a whole new expeiernece ,

for racing fpes sports and a whole host of other types of games

its got an awsome line up to complement that of 360

360 and wii are equal , they pay off , i dont think i can say the same about ps3

paying 560-660 for 1 game is not worthy

so ya as for the 360 only games take oblivion cod out its on ps3 or wii too and pc

wiis online is free

360s is not

wii offers motion controls 360 does not

wii offers a good host of backwards capabilties for gc as well as downloadable nes snes n64 genesis neo geo tg16 wii ware and sms games 360 only has less then half that

wii offers free accessories almost with every game that its for-mariokart wii wheel , wii play-wii remote

links crossbow training -zapper and now the new animal crossing wii mic for online wifi

and wiis dlc is coming or is already in progress regge/nintendo is working on a solution for its memory ,

giving devs oppertunity to offer dlc, soon

and has great number of exclusives,

and the cost of owning a wii and 360 is 450 ,

so ya go ahead get a 360 dont forget the wii , lol,

mariokart64fan Nintendo is a great company, but the games developers produce are horrid. Many developers have said in the past that the 360 development tools are beyond the easiest to use. The "Wii 2" wont be nearly as advanced as you think, new video card technology has just been updated recently so nothing huge is going to happen just for the Wii. Of course technology is always changing, and who knows maybe they will pull some neat "Wii 2" out there ass that actually has more then 15 games you want to play.

You don't know luxury until you've played on my computer, or a better computer...

He's not saying all 4 are 360 exclusive just simply those 4 are his favorite and you can ONLY play all 4 on 360 not PS3. Also I find it funny how you won't get excited for a game that is PROVING everything it will be like Fable 2 but are for games like Resistance 2 and LBP which have shown nothing exciting yet. Sure there are videos but R:FoM 2 looks like EVERY OTHER FPS game before it and LBP looks fun for about 2 days then it will become a shallow create a level game. That's called being a hypocrite. If anything ALL three still have to prove their worth still since none are released.

Finally I agree with him. 360 is hands down in my opinion the BEST this gen in all facets where GAMING counts. I own all three consoles and only feel the urge, and desire to play 360 games not to mention I feel satisfied when I play it as opposed to wishing the Wii had better graphics or better games or better online, or wishing the PS3 had no pre install or better games or better online. Only thing I wish for while playing 360 is more time to do so.
