xbox 360/xbox one game saves

If I have Dark souls 2 for the 360 can I Transfer the saves I have on there to my dark souls 2 for xbox one addition?

Not sure??If I would guess,I'd say no.But I'm pretty sure you can transfer DLC on next gen consoles.

Best way to know for sure, upload the game to cloud saves. I did this before selling my Xbox 360 couple years back, then after I got an Xbox One and I got in the Preview Program and downloaded some of the BC games offered in the trial program, it instantly recognized my game saves from the cloud and I just picked up where I left off. So, if there is a feature for transferring saves, make sure you're saves are on the cloud storage at least.

There is a simple way to know: contact MS via chat, they´ll give you an answer in no time.
