Xbox broken with no flashing lights!

I got my 360 yesturday, set it up online straight away. Then i went into playing a game and it just turned off. There were no red lights, it's just like someone pushed the power button. This just keeps happening now, anyone know what it is?

It could be that the on/off button is broken. Or that your 360 isn't getting enough power. Either way your is broken and needs to be repaired. Go to the xbox site, there is a great walkthrough to find out what is wrong with your 360. You can find out what the most likely problem is and they can fix it sooner, or you might even be able to fix it yourself.

my first console i go in jan06 did this too..it eventually brke down on me with the 3 red lights sadly =/

Unplug the power cable and plug it back in to the console - making sure it "clicks" into place. Also make sure that you're plugged into a wall socket and not a surge protector. See if that helps. Sorry if this was already posted as a solution and sorry if it doesn't work.
