Perhaps not always on but it does need an internet connection even during single player games as it uses the cloud to manage many of the games computations thus forcing us to have to be online without MS having to fess up and say responsively it does.

Also the fact the 2nd hand market will no longer exist unless you don't mind paying full price for your game after paying your brother half price for it in the first place.

I heard Sony went up 16% 45 mins after the xbox conference. wonder why.

It went up 8.35%. It's literally on the front page of Gamespot :P

Wish I bought stocks in Sony a week ago haha

Both companies will profit from me though, since I think both the PS4 and Xbox One look pretty awesome. I don't see the same downsides as others with One, I don't buy used games, I make more than enough money to buy the games I like new. And I'm connected 24/7 already anyways.. so always on doesn't matter to me since I consider Xbox 360 to be "always connected".

I'm not bothered much by it either, used games are something I've always tried to stay away from because people generally don't take care of them.

With very little info on the PS4 at this point though, no need to jump to conclusions about how much better Sony is.
