Hi guys, Im new here and in desperate need of help! Ever since I bought a used copy of Forza 3 a few weeks ago, my Xbox would freeze in-game, at the dashboard or when loading. Today it got a 3 light RRoD then a E 71 error 10 minutes later, then decided to work for 5 minutes then start freezing again. Whats wrong with my 360? Do I need to get a RRoD fix kit? Or a new console?

Umm, If its a used game it might contain viruses that might had infected your Xbox360. and when you turn on your Xbox360 does it go on normally? Was the owner of the used game a hacker or so? Might aswell umm try and clear your hard disk ?

i have done everything, moved it out of the tv unit, wiped the cache and everything and it still freezes or either gets e 71 error or a 3 light red ring then goes away when i restart the console, is it dead? is it fixable?
