XBOX Game of the Year Bundle - Is there a Jasper Chip in all models?

Im about to get an Xbox next week. I really want the Game of the Year bundle Xbox Elite with Halo 3 and Fable 2. I heard some of them don't have Jasper chips in them. Are there jasper chips in all of them now? If they are still in only some of them, how can i tell?

I posted this in the XBOX FAQ and Game Recommendation but no one responded. I'm sorry if this shouldn't deserve it's own thread, but I'm getting the Xbox next Tuesday and I NEED feedback.

From Softpedia Gadgets: "try and have a look through the little side window which is used to scan the bar code on the 360. You're looking for the 12V rating which is left to the bar code. You need push the Xbox a bit to the right (and maybe even down) so you can get a glimpse at the rating. If it says 12.1A, then you're set, it is a Jasper model."67gt500

Best way to tell is the way this person said above... AND also to check the Manufactures Date, if its 09 or last month or 08 there is a very good chance its a jasper.

When i get my new one i checked to make sure it wa samde in 09 and also after that i looked at voltage.
