Yeah, there was a thread about this a couple days ago.
I'm glad they're doing this though, that way developers (R*?) can't say the 360 is holding them back anymore.
Maybe we'll see some games with bigger worlds, and hopefully better framerate.
This has beenconfirmed from a Microsoft rep that Some games will requirea HDD to Play,SO whats everyones views on this, I dnt really mind considering i got a HDD but what everyone think? Also this might mean that a bigger HDD would be almost nessacary also to continue playing games...not to sure about thatxonix6
Well, I thought this was a good move, but now I'm thinking that its probably going to make everyone have to get a 120 gig drive which is pretty expensive because think about it the average person only has about 3 gigs free on their HDD you know with demos, downloadable content, videos and such so it could mean we all have to buy the larger 120 gig drive, but I guess thats acceptable.

...3 gigs free? I always have at least ten. How many demos do you need to hold on to?

Not everyone downloads demos, videos, downloadable content, etc. Some people just want to play games. I used to have the 20 GB HDD till i upgraded it and i always had like 8-10 gigs left on it. Now since i have the bigger HDD i've downloaded other stuff. But once you download a demo and played it, most likely you'll delete it since you don't need it again. 20GB is enough for gaming but if you want to take advantage of all the other stuff like downloading movies etc., then you have to upgrade to the 120GB.
