Mine too, it happened at 6:00 (pacific time) and i have to send it in. The number is 1-800-4my-xbox. I hate it, i was getting it set up for my cousins to play when they come for christmas and oh boy, it starts crashing and then get's the red lights :x. I was getting assassins creed for xmas too!

I feel your pain my friend. My 360 just got the 3 red lights as well :(. It is a sad day. I miss my Rock Band, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, and Halo.
When you guys called you did you get some guy on the other end of the phone who you could barely understand? I had to cram the phone into my ear so I could hear what he said.
