im susspended because theres a problem with my payment but i cant pay as i dont have any credit cards at the moment (got rid of them) so what do i do?

dude the exact same thing happened to me. i used a pre paid credit card, i lost my account and they blew 150 bucks on ms points, i managed to get my acc back but now its suspended till i update...

one time when my subscription ran out i ended up paying, then i still was suspended due to profanity in my profile.. related?

coz you owe them money. you have to pay with a credit card what you owe. then you get your account back. buying a prepaid card dont help you just bought live subscription. they want money that you owe them not a code. the cards mean less money to them as the shops get most of the coin . buy a prepaid credit card and pay that way. or phone up ms and sort it over the phone instead of listening to kids on here

hey i have my credit card info there, and i purchased a one year gold membership last year. so when it ended, they suspended my account. how come i owe them money?why doesnt it automatically downgrade to silver membership which doesnt require a payment? how do they have the right to decide that i want to purchase another one year gold membership and attempt to get money thru the credit card info i provided there? since i changed my address but didnt update my info on xboxlive, they try to charge me for the next one year gold membership and it doesnt get processed, and they suspend me for that? i dont remember authorizing them to charge me for the next gold membership without asking me. what kind of business idea is this that ms having? i called them sorted it out , i was so pissed for being suspended tho. when they suspend you they dont even give you an explanation of what happened, and u cant log in...

Yeah the same thing happened to a mate of mine. He didn't know the subscription automatically renewed so the money wasn't there. He rang them up and sorted it out and then bought a pre-paid card so it didn't happen again (which is what I meant by my first post djrobst).

you can't have your subscription downgraded automatically because you were using a credit card. If CC is hooked up then it automatically refills once your subs. ended so unless your CC is messed up then i don't know what else couldhave happened
