Xbox Live Aggravation!

Well Xbox Live still isn't working properly. Every e-mail from the Giant we call Microsoft is the same. They keep saying that they are working on it. They seem to try and make themselves not look too bad by saying Live hasn't been down completely, but it may as well be down. Half the time you can't sign in, and the other half you can with no chance of playing multiplayer. The Marketplace has terrible load times, and at sometimes never shows up. And their idea of compensation will be a free arcade game. I don't see that to be fair at all. I want to be able to play against people online, not an arcade game. We all need to stick together and get something we deserve out of this. Microsoft recieves my hard earned money, and I want what I pay for and deserve. Stick together as a team and we will prevail!

Actually I have every right to complain. It hasn't been working for me for about 3 weeks now, and there are many others with the same problem. All Microsoft can do is cover their rear ends by saying they're working on it. By the way I work good and hard for every penny I earn, and I don'tlive with mommy and daddy like you most likely do.I don't need little boys like you to come and tell me what I should and shouldn't do.

Mine finally works now after almost 3 weeks. I still have problems with COD4, but I can play Orange Box & Madden online without a problem.

You go for it. Microsofts bans people without any reason because they get wrong readings from game data; we can't complain because customer service are idiots who only knows preprogramed questions and they can change the TOS without our consent. Now if they are with problems we should wait? No sir! I want some compensation because if i make something wrong, microsofts punishes me but they do it they can't get punished?

mine was never really bad...since XBL is 13 cents a day its not expensive at all

I'm not renewing my subscription if they don't fix the DRM issues. If it's going to be down all the time, I should at least be able to play the stuff I downloaded on my previous 2 consoles that RROD'ed.

ouch, down boy lol. It will be repaired when it's repaired, as of now, I'm having a lot of fun with World Of Warcraft. You can't live your life around a 50 dollars a year service.

Why don't you just shut your trap you little **** If he wants to complain about Live, then let him. EVERYONE has complained about it lately, and we all deserve the right to complain because we're paying for a service that's been shoddy at best in the past month. I'm still having some issues with Live, and if I want to complain then I'm going to complain. YOUR complaining about people complaining (about Live's performance) is annoying. Before you go running your mouth off, think twice about what you say. Your'e talking to an entire community here, not just toward that one person (rubberGasket).

Agreed. I work damn hard for my money; which i choose to spend on various things including XBL. When i bought XBL i was lead to believe it was a great service; and it was up untill 3-4 weeks ago when it started choking on me. Before you guys start saying its my connection... it's not. And i'll complain because i PAY for it. If you want to be fanboys defending your "Company" Whilst getting mugged off by them, by all means; be my Guest.

Microsoft should gives us a free day of live for every day it ****s up.

What's the point of my one month trial of it if I can't use it at all? Not a good way to get customers, Microsoft.

It has to be demographic I suppose. Mine has behaved like an angelic child. Download speeds are topped to the max with what my ISP can offer. If you are having trouble or getting very frustrated with the lack of service you may want to take up other activities for the meantime.

sucks for you cuz mine works fine. also, i hate people who complain about their live not working for a few days. get over it, $50 a year isn't a lot of money at all. How do you know they're not trying hard to fix this problem? Just because it isn't working doesnt mean theyre not trying. It was working good this past week but have had a few problems with it today here in ohio guess they are still working out the kinks. Hopefully everything could start working perfectly for everyone soon i mean all you can do is wait.

This is my philosophy: Though it doesn't work properly (and I really want to play Halo 3, so I'm a little disgruntled as well), if you really feel the need to complain, complain by yourself. I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that I don't appreciate your whining cluttering up this forum. Also, if you really want to give Microsoft a piece of your mind, cancel your XBL and stop buying MS games.

Lol no, I think Wow of warcraft is amazing value for money, just like Xbox Live, but I don't live and breath it. I've recently started working again.
