I haven't played any Arcade games in a while, but I began today and I noticed some major problems. I downloaded Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 and it worked fine. After a while, I decided to play some other Arcade games, so I loaded up Small Arms. In the opening animations where it shows the developer/producer/etc., it froze repeatedly. So I tried to play Worms. Once I got to the menu and selected single player or multiplayer, a box came up that said Checking Content. It stayed like this for a while, and eventually the 360 froze. I deleted Worms and all downloaded content. I then downloaded Worms again and it worked fine. I went back and began to download the extra content, one at a time, along with two that I had not ever downloaded. I downloaded the desert landscape (new) and the game did not screw up. I downloaded the second sound pack (also new) and the game froze again. I could go through and find out which downloads cause this and simply not use them, but I would like to be able to use all the content I have paid for. Does anyone have any idea what I should do?

i don't think this is the arcade issue at all...it seems to me as if you're console is experiencing the beginning symptoms of the red ring of death...
