Xbox Live Connectivity Problem

Howdy folks,

Well, a few weeks ago my mate finally got a 360, and since we can't be bothered to lug our 360's down the road to each others houses, we decided to play each other on Live instead.

So, added each other, and since he only had Gears I set up a Private Match and Invited him, everytime he tries it says the usual "Connection to host lost" message, so we tried Private Chat, and everytime he invited me, I would just be Joining the Chat and it would suddenly disappear. I don't think he's even recieving my Invites either.

Just asking if someone on here knows the Cause or even better a Solution to this, also, he's still on the 30 Day Trial in case that's the problem.

For some reason cowboys cant play on xbox live, but I think microsoft is putting out a patch for it.Surreptitiously

Well, it doesn't seem to work in the two games we both have... So I can't test anything else it seems, Messages and adding each other to Friends was no problem.PhantomNemesis
