Xbox live expiry date questiongo

ok am planning on getting live gold soon and i was just thinking of all the pros and cons of getting it...and this question came to me(not really a pro or con). On the day the 12 month subscription ends, if ur playin on xbox live do you just get disconnected or they let you stay until you logout then when you try to log back in it says something like "Pay your xbox live bill" or "No Pay, No Game" or something like that?

There are no cons just pros XBL gold is a outstanding service for a gamers pro or casual so if your trying to weed out the pros/cons don't bother..and as for Subscriping just go to Wal-Mart or Circuit City and buy the 1 year membership card from there so you don't have to give out your credit card number Also i would buy some Mircosoft points also
