ok... i entered my information EXACTLY as it was on my original xbox... but when i click next... it says that my information is incorrect... can someone help me figure this out...

are you sure its your gamertag in the exact same case and numbers

yeah, everything looks exactly like it does on my xbox... the 360 just doesn't want to accept it..
