Ok so I had a 12 month card and put it on then put a 1 month card on today and it says my 12 month card is gone and im just using the 1 month card. Are the cards stackable or did I just lose 12 months?

It only shows the last memberships you subscribed to.Don't worry,as soon as the 1 month expires it will go back to your 12 months.
