Xbox live help!?!

Im really angry right now, last month a bought 4800 points and 12 months of XBL. This month im told my account has been suspend due to my payment method, i try to change my method, but it wont let me get to that menu, my xbox just restarts if i click the change profile thing.

Sorry to steal your thread TC but Im gonna quickly answer this other guys question.

Select "Join Xbox Live" in the dashboard. Fill out your information, and you should have atleast a silver account. You might wanna say your older than 18 if youre not, because if you say youre younger than 18 then you'll have some restrictions like not being able to download anything for M rated games, M rated demos, and M rated trailers, not sure about movies though. Also, if you do register on your 360 then you should have a free month of Gold. Gold is where you can play online and download anything. Silver is everything Gold aside from being able to play online, and you also have to wait 1 week for new demos. Well, if you have any questions feel free to send me a P.M.

credit card. I have paid. im super pissed about this, 1000 points and tweleve months xbl worth of cash getting jacked by Microsoft AND i cant download the devil may cry 4 demo cuz i only have silver for my other account.

Maybe try to call MS and explain what happened to them?
