xbox live help plz

okay so i go to sign on to check who is on and all that...and a message comes up saying *your account has been suspended due to a payment problem or issue something like that* well okay thats all good seen as how the credit card my account was linked to got deleted a year ago...so i got a months free of xbox live just now:P...

but anyway well i guess they finally figuered out that the card was invalid so they said there was a problem with the payment...well thats all good so i went and bought a prepaid yearly subscription card at best buy and i go to sign in to redeem the code and i cant sign in..it just wont let me..it said to change your payment method go to account management well it says you have to be signed in to live to go to account managment and since i cant sign in i cant go to account management...so what im trying to ask here is if i cant even sign in to live then how am i suppose to redeeem this code...ps.i know you can redeem the code on xbox.com but i dont want to do it online..i feel like it wont go through or something..

lol, just do it online :P. If you dont want to, i would have thought that your account may have been silver, so you could still access live, if not, try making a new user and doing it from there, sorry i cant really help you right now.jm19992
