i donno ive been wondering the same thing. i want to play the stranglehold demo that is comin out today but i cant download anything it says "cannot retrieve xbox live information"
Yes, a majority of users are having problems (including myself). Also, any updates for games recently released don't get downloaded either preventing you from playing that game on Xbox LIVE.
