i recently had to switch to a new credit card because the old one expired. is my middle intial required? if i put my name w/o my intial and everything else correctly will everything match up when microsoft bills me?

Use all of the information that's present on your credit card when setting a new one. If your middle initial is there, include it.

i put my middle intial because it appears on my credit card. it can't be difficult to enter that one letter.
