I'd just like to say, as you can see in the comments over there, a number of people are using the "It's digital so Microsoft didn't lose anything as these people wouldn't have purchased it anyway!". I understand that argument, and tend to agree it has standing with standard piracy, however these people seem to be rather... dumb and haven't actually thought through the situation. I figure I'd throw out some knowledge over here!
The people who used this hack did not make a copy of the game, as should be obvious for anyone with any ammount of common sense. They purchased the game of a system that requires payment. And who do you think pays the developer for that game? Why, Microsoft does! Using the money from that virtual currency you purchased... oh wait, you didn't, you hacked yourself some currency, looks like that money is comming from MS's pocket.
Duh, just thought I'd throw that out there.
