So i created a offline account on my new xbox, i put my Nick/Gamertag (which i used my whole life in every console i owned), i started playing, and being happy all the way,

The problem came when i tried to access Xbox Live, and i found out that my user name was already being used by another 360 owner, and i was forced to create another account, so my problem is: i already have all my achievements on my gamertag, but i cannot connect with MY gamertag to download stuff to my 360, and if i want to play games that need downloads, i have to use my other gamertag to connect, but then i cannot use the downloaded data to apply it to my offline gamertag.

Anyone knows how to access or copy that data to my profile???

Any idea will do it, (by the way i don't care about online playing, i care about downloadable content)

You shouldnt need to create a new account and it should allow you to change your name until it becomes unique.

You must be missing something somewhere.

as long as you downloaded the content on the same console that you have your offline tag you are able to use the dlc without any problems on any tag

You don't have to do anything, for example if you are playing oblivion and you downloaded the side quests to your hard drive, they will show up in a game no matter which gamertag you play on.

As long as the gamertag (profile name) is unique to your console it won't matter if someone is already using it on Live. You can create a second profile on your console with a name that is available on Live and connect to it to download what you need. Then sign out of that profile and sign back into your original profile to play with the updates you downloaded. This will definitely work as long as you don't want to play online/upload scores to Live. But it should allow you to download the updates you need.

Oh, I think I know what you are talking about now. EA made you download roster update 'in game' and not from the market place, therefore it's only avaliable on the tag you downloaded it on.

Exactly. I should have asked about that. I just started playing Madden '08 last night and it's the same thing. When you first start playing an EA sports game and you want to download rosters and anything else hosted on the EA servers it will make you create an account. The default option if you have a profile assigned to connect to Xbox Live then it will use that account info (e-mail address) as the default. But you should be able to change the account info for EA to match your profile whose gamertag is already in use on Live. I haven't gone about trying to change the info so it may or may not be possible. EA's server goes by e-mail address so I don't think that it will be conserned with your gamertag being used by someone else already on Live. When you go to create an account it pulls your Live info but you can change the e-mail address. Using your Live account info is just the default.

That sounds like you could be screwed unless you don't mind the achievements earned being on a profile that you create just to play that game. You may just have to play the game under the profile which allowed you to download it. You could try contacting the developer and/or the publisher of the game and ask if there's something you can do. But I don't know if they can tell you much different.
