Xbox Live Random Booting Party Members Issue

The past couple of weeks to a month have been a nightmare on xbox live. I have been experiencing random booting from partys either myself or other friends just randomly being kicked then having to manually re-join again, and the second issue is the sound just randomly cuts out so your be chatting away but the other guy only probably got the first half of the conversation. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON MICROSOFT!?

Now i no its not a NAT issue as mine was sorted ages ago plus im wired not wireless and i have recently checked my settings and they are all good, same goes with my friends in the party.

This issue has only been a problem in the last month or so so is anyone else getting this problem or heard if its anything to do with Microsoft fannying around making way for the next update?

Well nobody actually gets kicked out of my partys but for some reason it often starts giving me individual notifications that every member of my party left, and then immediately gives me individual notifications that everyone joined back in randomly, and yet nobody actually left and nobody's talking got cut off or anything.
