xbox live randomly disconnecting?

is anyone else getting kicked off xbox live? It's been doing this to me ever since I bought a gold membership a few days ago, I'll try to play Call of Duty 5 Co-op and it kicks me off after I'm playing for a little while and then I have to sign back in

It's occured for me when there is a new version of the preview available. Other than that there is no problems for me...
