Hi

I have a 360 that is not online. Should I get Live? How much better is it. I play games on my PC aswell so I was wondering if it was worth me paying for Gold or should I get Silver?

Its a MUST. Its the greatest part of having a 360. Its online features are great and it keeps getting better. 50 bucks a YEAR!! its totally worth it

Definitely go Gold. Adds a lot of life to the 360 and you can play with your friends.

I dont play that many games online but I still love it. You get demos a week or 2 before silver users also. If u look around the net you might find live card cheaper than $50. I got a 12 month plus one month card with free shipping for $30 from Amazon.com about six months ago. :D

If you don't have Live, you're missing out on playing your games online, you miss out on all of the Xbox Live Arcade games, all the game trailers in HD, all game demos that you can test before buying a game. Also extra game content like extra maps for multiplayer games, episodic content, etc. And if you're into it, you're missing out on all of the downloadable media. Movies, TV shows, movie trailers. So yeah, consider it. At least try it out for a month and see what you think.

Brother I don't have a 360 yet but I am already planning on getting Live. I mean all of us on here are going to be facing each other on Halo 3. So the online thing is really a must have. You don't need a credit card just keep buying those 12 month game cards at the store.

You owned a 360 that didn't have Live gold for more than a week. That's hilarious. If Live didn't exist I would steal 360s and use them as kindling.

Yes you should get it. I don't understand why people think paying $50 ANNUALLY is expensive. An internet connection itself is already around $24 dollars per month.
