Does the sound from people's voices only come through the headset, or from the TV? Oh and when I play counter strike and people talk it lags does that happen with Xbox live? I have a standard internet, speedtest.net says that it's 514kb/s download and 257kb/s upload so is that good?

You have the option for the sound to come through the headset or the speakers and even both. And no it doesn't lag when people talk. Your connection should let you play fine but definitely not good enough to host.

I'm going to buy an Xbox 360 soon. Where could I get a 50' Ethernet cable? What is the brand?
