I'm looking to set up Xbox Live, I've finally managed to connect my 360 to my PC via Local Area Connection (Enabled ICS).  As I am using an ethernet cable.  But still the connection is failed (Failed on the IP Test), I'm using AOL Silver (I think that's the problem there though).

Thanks for the help.

Anyone? I've got an AOL employee saying I need a cross over cable?

Do you have two ehternet cards in your computer? Because, if I remember correctly, you run a crossover cable from your computer to your xbox 360, and a cat5 cable from your second ethernet card into your modem/router. If I got anything wrong, someone can correct me.
