Then you have the people who take those programs and methods from the original people and just mess with people for fun. Some of the original creators probably did it for that reason but ya some people can be idiots.

thats pretty much it. curiousity leads to them figuring out how to do stuff like this. then when they do it it kinda gives them a mental reward...accomplishment i guess.

Its the same reason that people who have power tend to abuse it, like politicians and corporations. stuff like this is kinda the same only on a small scale.

Microsoft will probably be thanking him one day, fixing whatever hole he got through could prevent any real future threats.

I dont know how he/she/it did the freezing of people's games but I sincerely hope Microsoft is on it and when they find it promptly and swiftly ban him for good, although I doubt thats possible. People like that are what ruins playing online for me whether I play the guy or not.

You think he only plays 1v1?

I dont know how many players are in the new BF game but what if this was happening in that game. He would be freezing 24 peoples systems over and over and over. A lot of them would not know whats going on and think it has to do something with there system and not an ass of a player.
