I am a fan of online FPS shooters. i have played many on computer and recently decided to try out all my games on xbox live.......i was sorely disapointed.

On any online game battlefield 2....CS....u name it there is an easy way to access a game and choose from a list of games.

On xbox live it seemed to be a real hassle to get into games compared to a pc. What wrong with having a list? why are u only able to randomnly search and join one????

it seems to me like xbox live needs to pick up its game as the pc at the moment far outstrips the xbox on the online factor.

we don't need the hate, just go to the xbox forums and search for help because xbox live is the best online service right now and sometime is the game's fault. Example EA owns their servers and they do most of their stuff so don't blame live, blame EA

It's not XBL that's lacking this feature, it's probably the game u tested, I play COD3 and there's a list with a bunch of sessions in progress u can just jump into, same with Gears of war

it depends on the game your playing. you are not at all able to select what server you play on in halo 3. in gears or graw, you can choose your server, but since the hosts 360 acts as the server, you will not be able to join it again after the host stops the game. in battlefield 2, ea runs the servers.

Only thing that sucks about live is lack of dedicated game servers, loads of games are just unbalanced based on connection.
