XBOX Live...Especially concerning MW 2

I know that this has probably been brought up before, but why is it that there is always some little 9-12 year old kid playing MW 2 that is either singing or swearing more than a drunken sailor on New Years? I find it laughable when I hear some little kid telling everyone where to go and what to do. Oh and why is it that these same kids are the ones TKing everyone in Hardcore? Can't MS do something about these little annoying people?

It would be sweet if they could have separate brackets or something... Like you prove your over 18 or even 16 and you get to play with only certain people... although there are annoying adults who act like their 12 as well...

I hear them ALL the time on Gears of War 2. "Why did you nooooowwwt liwstwen two Meeeee!!!! AHAHDAHDDWDdalkdasld!!!". It's extraordinarily annoying, I just tell them to shut up.
