Xbox Marketplace currently unavailible?

hey guys, ever since before Halo 3's release, i've been getting the "Xbox Live Marketplace Currently Unavailible. Please check back later." message on my marketplace dashboard...

i thought this was going on for everbody when xbox 360 fanboy.com said something about having to download halo 3 content through the banner/ads etc... it's been going on ever since and new content is coming on, but i cant get to any of it..

i have a fast stable internet connect with a linksys modem/router with a wired connection. i've download TOONS of marketplace content at decent download times. my NAT is "Open" sometimes "Moderate" and i can download content through banner ads, just cant see the marketplace...

anybody else getting this problem?

hmmm, curious... i sometimes get disconnected randomly when im sitting in the dashboard...

anyways, help would be appreciated..

its not ur connection.

Live it just running slow for alot people. my run ok, but 2 days ago I was having the same problem. MS IS just to cheap to fix the problem!
