i just got mine yesterday. i like it. i had the exact same feeling i did when i got my hands on the xbox and xbox 360 controllers. just wait and play some games with them and that will be the true test. i played with the ps4 controller and it went from absolute shit ( DS3 ) to insanely comfortable ( DS4 ).
The controller is amazing, thumbs have not slipped off the analogs yet, I've put in about 8-9 hours of game time so far since 24 hrs ago. I am loving this system, just got off doing two ten minute workouts of Xbox Fit, it was a lot of fun and I'm pretty sore now haha.

Haha imagine being able to say you got ripped/fit playing an Xbox. Long live gaming ;)

I honestly believe I could get toned from using the xbox fit software, maybe not ripped, but slimmed down and defined, it had me doing insane sit ups, push ups, jumping and kicking and punching for 10 minutes without stopping, haha I was covered in sweat by the end. Pretty amazing and it rewards the player with stamps once a goal is reached, plus you can always try and better your score, or beat the average score of people in your age bracket. It was fun and very rewarding, plus its got achievements.
The new controller is "Fresh"......it looks like a Stealth Fighter Jet to me. It has been improved but I have ONE complaint. The shoulder buttons will be an issue. OR I guess I have to get used to them.
Felt very good to me. Left analog stick felt a bit weird though but that could be because I am used to the DS3. Fits my hands well. Triggers are great.
I like everything about the new controller except for the bumpers which for some reason I find more difficult to push. The feedback from the triggers is a pretty good addition for Forza as you always know when to ease off the right trigger before you lose control.
Wow, really? Mine is very comfortable like it was made just for my hands. Although I don't like the new bumpers, kinda seems like you're not pressing anything.

I've spent 30 hours with it, most comfortable controller I've ever used.
I've used it, you haven't
I win
You win!
Anyway, in my case I do find it strange:
- analog sticks seem higher, although a millimeter or two; which is not a problem.
- The RB and LB buttons are hard to press, I suppose I'll need to get used to them.
That being said, it looks better, it IS way lighter and I like it. So I win too! :)
I don't like the ergonomics of the bumper buttons. The controller is too narrow at that point for my particular combination of hand size and finger length, so I have to strain a bit to push them. The rest is good. The d-pad is a definite improvement.
Bumpers take a bit to get used to but I like that they let you slide up from the triggers to click. You can just quickly slides the finger up to throw a grenade. The sticks do feel higher and maybe a tad too loose but they are very non-slip. On the ps4 my thumb is always sliding too much ok the right stick.
Also make sure that your bumpers are not faulty. One or my controllers had crappy ones and 2 new ones feel almost like 360 ones.
I got to mess around with one for about 10 mins, over all it was the same experience, but the analog sticks felt different will take some getting use to and I don't know if it was just me but I couldn't tell if I was pushing the bumper buttons down enough or how much force to put on them.
