xbox one controller won't turn on

So I went to get the controller update and now it will not turn on

if anyone has the fix for this please let me know how to fix this problem

Sorry - no idea. didn't know there had been an update for the controller. Are you talking about the console update itself?

@saintskies: happened to me too, I tried seemingly everything, in the end I think it might have been unplugging the charging cord and removing the rechargeable battery and letting it sit for a bit that helped it start back up.
