Xbox one friends?

So I'm new to the xbox one. It's arriving Monday. I set up a account, my gamer tag is JDMorg1003. What's yours? We can be friends on there, play some games together and stuff! I will have madden 16 and gears of war. What games do you recommend for Xbox live? Also hopefully I can afford a headset this week
