Has anyone ever had any problems trying to use the internet explorer app. When i try to use it it says i need a gold account , which i do have. So i cant even use it at all
Go to Xboxlive.com and sign in. Once you have signed in, click on the "my account" button and on the right side of the screen it will indicate your subscription status. If it shows gold there, then you will have to contact Microsoft Support.
I chatted with them last nite, did some troubleshooting, but got nowhere.I had to leave so couldnt finish chatting. I know i have a gold account, i was able to download demos. Just looking for someone that has had the same issue.
That is a bummer man, I also have had some difficulty with MS Customer Service. I hope it gets straighten out. You might just have to wait for an update.
