Xbox Originals (i.e. Jade Empire) question

Do games like Jade Empire offer any achievement points on the 360?

Is the downloadable game the same exact game that was out on the original Xbox? Or do they update graphics, widescreen, etc.?

The only difference: no disc needed. Just a connection to XBL to check for compatibility updates.

Also, you can't use the guide functions either, other than to turn off the console or go back to the dashboard.
