[QUOTE="NC15"][QUOTE="TheSmacK420"][QUOTE="NC15"][QUOTE="The_Fell_One"][QUOTE="Kobewars87"] yeah but not all games work with BC cause they haven't been added. i dont want to buy psychonaughts again just to play it on my 360. why can't they make them BC and downloabable. im tired of givin my money to MS. Espicially after i bought all the maps for gears and find out that the pc version gets a longer single player, all the maps plus new ones and a new game type for free.......screw you ms.

So... because you sold or lost your copy of psychonauts, you think Microsoft should give you a free one? No offense, but are you... what's the term... specially abled?
It stands to reason that if you don't have the game, you'd be required to purchase it, whether you lost it or not. That's really not the point of this post.
The point is, what was once going to be a "feature" or incentive to purchase an 360 has not only been abandoned, it's being re-worked as
a great new feature to get us to pay to play games we already own, or could purchase for much less via a used gamestore, half.com, etc.
For instance: Lets say they offer downloadable Riddick for $15. i already own the game, but can't play it because it's now
a downloadable "Xbox original"! That pisses me off!
MS basically looked at the most requested BC games as a launchpad for this great new "scheme" to get us to pay for what they originally
said was a feature of their console.
PS3 doesn't look too expensive now does it?
Ummm....where did they say that there were any games being released that weren't already on the BC list?
You're just speculating, The only reason they are offering this program is to offer digital download copies of these games so that people new to the Xbox brand might actually use the BC feature of the system.
Also, Did you notice that a used copy of Halo goes for 19.99 at Gamestop....and now MS is going to sell it for 5 dollars less at $15. Now say you were a PS2 user new to the 360 that never had an Xbox....You can download Halo for less than buying it at the store.
Plus, I really like this because it screws over Gamestop which screws everyone who trades in games......Once all games are distributed digitally....Gamestop will slowly go out of business. Why go to the store when you can just download the game at a cheaper price?
It's just another way for people to buy content....BC will still be offered to those who have the disc for free.......but now people who don't have the disc can get a copy without leaving the house. Pretty Cool.
Read the article on this site, instead of responding out of your backside.

I can buy Halo on half.com and ebay from 7-10 bucks.
I'm not against downloadable content at all, I just don't like how they abandoned one project to get us to fund another.
Ummm, I read the article.....he just said he would like to get those games on the service.......I didn't see anything about them not being on the BC list....
I'm sure they would be added to the BC list if they are added to the download service. Like all the current games that in FACT actually are being offered by the Xbox Original Service.
Also, I wasn't talking about half.com/ebay......I was talking aboutone of thelargest game retailers in the world.....which is where most consumers buy games. Plus when you buy online you have to wait for the game to ship to you.....people don't like to wait....most would gladly pay $5 bucks more to have the game almost instantly.
You need to chill out....
first you say i'm speculating when i draw my facts from an article you say you read...
now you're sure they'll add them to the BC list? Speculating aren't we?
He mentioned those games in the context of the xbox originals program which is a pay for download service.
Face the facts.
