I was just curious if anyone knows how much damage overheating does to your system. I've had my 360 for about a year and it has overheated 3 times. I have since then moved it to an open space with plenty of airflow. It functions just fine, I would just like to know if I have already done any serious damage to it already.

just curious as to how often it overheats...so for those who've gotten the red lights, how long did you play your last game before you got the lights? I guess i could use that as a benchmark to limit my playing time
