A bit after they implemented the 3 year warranty extension for the rlod, my 360 experienced the red light epidemic. I used the website and requested a repair and afterward they sent me my empty box. I packaged my 360 took it to ups and sent it out to them. Days later I received an email and checked on the repair services page at xbox.com both stating that my xbox had been received at the repair center. As of two days ago, when I attempt to track my repair at the website, it says "repair status: no pending repair". Is anybody else having or has had problems tracking their repair or did I just get my xbox stolen by Microsoft?

I had to to experience the red ring of death and i shipped my xbox 360for repairs and when i checked my where my 360 was i t said in Toronto docks so, then when i checked the next week it was still in the Toronto docks. After two weeks or so i got my xbox 360 backand the pin # changed from at the Toronto docks, i dunno why. So you shud wait around 3 weeks because mine didnt come for a month. If it doesnt come call customer support. and gud luk:D

If it says "No pending repair" that means that they fixed it and it's been shipped back to you. I've went through about 4 360's so far and when it says that it's already been shipped.
