You're getting integration with Win10 including a builtin app to access the entire box without turning it on, crossbuy games with a Windows copy for many games, great exclusives that MS make themselves including ID@Xbox games getting many games off Steam as well as originals. The machine is about as powerful as my main PC rig, which has the average top of line most people would get last gen, what the Scorpio cost is what I paid just for the graphics card itself, so PC will be more expensive but is more of a long term thing and basically everyone should own a computer, but Xbox Scorpio will be thee best media streamer on the planet, meaning its the best machine to watch movies, tv, music, and generally anything on in your living room/family room, doing 4K blurary, 4K Netflix apps, and playing your video games in 4K, including making 1080 things run better, and if it is anything like One S, you can plug your cable box into back of it, or your Nintendo or PS4, and you can upscale your old PS4 or Nitnendo through the Xbox to your new 4KTV, making it a must have for all gamers.

It offers EA Access for $30 a year get the full lineup of EA Sports, among many of their other games. Xbox is bring their own Game Pass with 100 games, for $10 a month, so if you don't have a pile of 360 games from last gen, you can buy a Xbox Scoprio and have a huge library day 1. Xbox Live has 65 million active users, so you have massive amounts of people to play your 360 and One games with online. You'll be able to buy 360 games at the store and play them on your Scoprio. You'll also have access to the best controllers on the planet with dozens of options or you can create your own unless you want to have an elite controller.

For the games, there is a list of over 50 upcoming exclusive games that only Xbox gets that other consoles don't with a dozen timed exclusives, on top of a years worth of exclusives, but the top 20 games on any console 90% of them are the 3rd party games, and Scorpio will play all games better than anything, unless you have a big gaming PC which is far more complicated than a simple box, I've built a HTPC and use one and its far more money and time than Xbox, but also rewarding. Still, there are many console-only games and Scorpio will be thee console to play them on, so Xbox Scorpio will be the console you can play Red Dead Redemption on which will make the old 360 game look even better, and then Scorpio will be the best machine on planet to play Red Dead 2, no other console has Backward Compatibility that will offer improvements, and nothing will play console-only games better. As for multiplatform games, Scorpio will likely play them just as good as most PC's and very likely that only top end PC's will slaughter it, but were talking $400 graphics cards, and $300 CPU's, not to mention you'll need $200 motherboards, $100 in ram, $100 for a case, $100 for a power supply, $50 for a cooler and fans, $20 for dvd player, and $100 for Windows 10, plus you'll still need a monitor, mouse and keyboard, and if you did do the PC route, you'll probably want to spend $60 on a Xbox controller anyway.

Scorpio is a great proposition, and MS has plenty of games that will launch in 2017-2020. Last years E3 had several games and almost all came out so far, so they must have a ton under their sleeves right now. Basically there has never been a better time to buy Xbox, whether Scorpio or a One S.

It's more powerful than a half-arsed PS4 pro.

So would the contribution be BETTER graphics? faster graphics/animation? Or what exactly? The Nintendo Switch offers mobility..a high level of mobility...maybe better online connectivity is what the Scorpio should also contribute...hmm...wait...HD gaming...that works right? only that...

The Xbone Scorpio not out yet; The Scorpio 4K Xbone is due a full year after that pro machine, but the Xbone Scorpio will be more powerful no doubt releasing a year after.

No one is talking about Nintendo or PS products, only answering what the Scorpio is, no need to bring up other rivaling products on the Xbox board.

It's an highly upgraded Xbox One that outputs native 4k (2160p). It's not just a regular xbox that can do 4K, that's an Xbox One S. Read this dude's post.

You @saltslasher sir, have posted the most informative, detailed and intelligent answer I've ever seen on these forums. It was actually informative unlike others posts in here. Kudos to you, straight up.
