Have the xbox ever scratch your game and did what did you do about it, b/c mine perfect dark cd is scratch and have a perfect scratch ring around the disk
Sounds like you're commanding the 360 to scarch your game. :) Anyway, the usual reasons for the 360 scartching discs is if the console is moved while the disc is spinning. Keeping it vertical or horizontal doesn't seem to make much difference. The DVD-drive was changed in the 360's late last year, and some have suggested that the previous versions were scatching discs.
How old is you 360? My 360 is the pre-BenQ drive and is sitting horizontal and I haven't had any scratching issues..
My friends Xbox scratched my Bioshock disc, so I called Xbox hoping for a free copy(it was worth a shot) and they said that they couldn't give me a free copy, but I could send in my Xbox which was really my friends to be looked at for why it was scratching discs despite the console being perfectly stable. So maybe trying calling xbox.
All of a sudden my xbox just randomly starts putting these fine scratches in my games....so I put it horisontally and it still does it just not as bad. does anyone have any Idea on how to make it stop?!?

My XBox 360 has never scratched a game. I think I've heard that you shouldn't move the system while a disc is playing, since that might scratch the disc.
