atleast 15 days......dont expect it before then. My first one took about a month because it happened right after the extra 3 years was announced. And my last one took about 17 days or so.
I just got mine back yesterday. I live in Oregon and it took about 4 days to get a box, 5 days to reach Texas, 1 day turnaround, and 5 more days to get it back. I only counted business days though.
I'm sending mine in tomorrow. It took 6 business days for the coffin to arrive and the service rep said it would only take 3 days. I live in PA buy the way.
I can only assume that the time it takes to ship/receive all depends on where you live. Turnaround time once they receive your 360 should only take a day or two to send back to you, so besides that its all up to how fast UPS/Fedex delivers it.
I sent it away on 25 and its been 3 business days and it just got there.
So
Box: 24th
Sent: 25th
Predicted return: 15th
That seem about right?
