i called customer service to tell them about my broken xbox, he informed me that it was no longer under warranty and i will have to pay 139 dollars, so i told him id think about it and call back, so i call back and the lady tells me that it will be free of charge. i told her that it was no longer under warranty since i bought it in jan of '06. she said "No, it is still under warranty" so i said ok send the box. WHAT ARE THE CHANCES MICROSOFT MAKES ME PAY FOR SHIPPING JUST TO SEND ME BACK AN UNFIXED XBOX?
Just keep quite and ask for a replacement. They will give you the shipping instruction. They will send you the box and u will have to put the Xbox 360 in that box and drop it off to your nearest UPS/Purolator etc.. They will pay for shipping both ways so dont worry u wont have to pay for anything.
