for xmas i got an xbox wireless adapter and when i try to set it up it says i need a wpa key can u tell me were to find it.

your internet provider should of given you the wpa key...its a code used for security reasons so that no one can just connect to your internet without your permission

The WPA key is part of the security setting entered on your wireless router to keep your home network secure. You should be able to go into the router's firmware program to figure out what this is. If you didn't set up the router, ask the person in your family that did.

if you have a wireless router at home, find out what the password is for computers to connect to it wirelessly. that's the password. wpa is just a type of this password protection
