I will probably pick this up for the simple reason that I never played it. I think the original came out when I was in college, but I didn't get a PC until after I graduated.

Interesting... one of the achievements is to get flashed... I played this a lot on the computer, and I'm not sure the controller is going to be able to hold up. Anyhow, might be fun to play never the less, but it better not be more than 400 points.

I think that they should also throw the Entire "Duke Nukem Killaton package" on XBLA as well.

Awesome! I played the hell out of this game when it came out.

I just hope the multiplayer doesn't fizzle out like Doom's did.

Yeah. That would be nice.

I haven't played Duke since I was about 8. It never installed on my newer computers for some reason. Might be nice to play it again. Easy achievements. I wonder if I still remember some of the secret areas.

This game is still one of the best online multiplayer games ever, foreal people who never played this crap even with all the new age games out should still be surprised at how good this game still is, the maps have lots of secrets and crap.

The King is coming to XBox Live Arcade in September. This game is a classic and a must own for me. First Bionic Commando Rearmed and now Duke Nukem in September. Kick ass!!!!!

the controller held up on the ps1 and n64 versions of this game (any one wondering why i said 64 or ps1 is because on ps1 its known as total meltdown and n64-duke nukem 64

so ill be picking it up hopefully it has local and live 4 player play , if not ill still play my n64 game loi love it

Having played on the original playstation, a controller should be fine for Duke3D. I agree that this game shouldn't cost more than $5 worth of points. Especially since 3DRealms basically gave away the source code for the game to allow some serious overhaul projects to start happening with it.
