my mom is terrible at hiding gifts, she asked me to wrap gift cards for other people in the family and she accidentally showed me all the games i was getting. then she got all mad at me!
im 16 and i told my parents wat i wanted because otherwise they wouldnt really kno wat i wanted so they asked me. i kno where they are so i checked em to make sure they got the right thing lol.
yeah that takes the fun out of the holiday for me.....except when i saw i was getting assassin's creed. that was nice. now i cant wait for the 25th....or when my 360 comes back from M$....whichever comes first

that's awesome dude!!! i'm getting the xbox 360 pro holiday bundle (forza 2 & mua) with nba 2k8 and assasins creed!! i'm so excited. can't wait till the 25th. btw.. my xmas doesn't get ruined if i know what i'm getting cause if i didn't tell my parents i'd probably be getting a ps1 since they don't know much about vgames or what i would like for that matter. it's actually more exciting cause it's something i really want and i know i'm getting it!

what i did for christmas was make a list of games i want (13 in total) and now my parents have gone out and got a couple and have rang up everyone else in my family to get the others. Christmas is always a good gaming period and long may it continue.

That's funny. My little brother used to do the same thing. My mom would have to wrap his gifts as soon as she bought them, but get this...he would unwrap a PSone game, then use a razorblade to open the cd-case wrapper just enough to get the game out and replace it with an old cd, then wrap it back up. Voila, he would be sick of playing the new game by Christmas morning. Pretty devious for a 5th grader...
