After finishing it and getting the stuff that follows from it I can easily say it was well worth all of my 800 Microsoft points. It migrates with the original game perfectly and with a new change of enviroment and achievement points you can't beat it. The rewards at the end of course are awesome and their should be something for every type of character. I gained at least two whole levels of experience from it and it has given me a new drive to continue building my character in the wastelands.

If anyone of you are considering whether to purchase this add-on or not you really can't go wrong from getting it in my opinion. Try not to be nickpicky when playing it and take it for what it is, I experienced no bugs when playing through it.

It gives you something to do different in Fallout 3 and lets you take away from it new items and growth and once your done, I believe you'll be begging for the next add-on in Feb.

enjoy wastelanders

I did enjoy it, but it really felt more like a shooter than anything else. Small ammo count, not stimpacks, etc, etc. It was a refreshing experience though, so I can't wait for The Pitt now.

I agree with you, it was a pure shoot out but atleast they tryed to change the pace a tiny bit and the strike team mechanic was kinda cool and not just a worthless addition to the misson. If anything ridiculous happened during the fight I just blamed it on the fact that its a simulation. lol

Now Im sneaking around with my "free stealth-boy" suit and an electrical sword. good times ahead for Pitt indeed.

You cant earn them you have to buy prepaid cards in gamestores. Those cards have codes on them which, when you enter them, will give you the amount of microsoft points you payed for.

i find it quite boring because you are limited to a small amount of variety in weapons. Is it just me or did anyone else find it abit too linear?

I'm curious what did the intelligence briefcases do? I got like 8 out of ten but i have no clue of what they did. Was i suppose to read them? I just blew through the dlc and barely paid attention to that stuff.

From the good reviews I hear about, I think I'm actually going to get Operation Anchorage. To be honest, anything Fallout 3 related is worth the money.

Or you can buy them directly from the marketplace and have it charged automatically to your credit card.

Be glad you didn't buy Knothole then, it is basically just one short chain quest you pay for and a halo 3 rifle :S

How long is the DLC? I've been thinking about getting it, but if it is only the length of a regular Quest then I'm not totally convinced.

I just read the Kevin-V playthrough and apparently if you collect all 10 you get a new perk if you bring them back to the wasteland. Yeah, all this positive feedback about the DLC, even though Van Ord thought it was iffy, Im probably gonna get it by the time the week is over.

Like most other DLC, I didn't find this worth it in the least.

4-5 hours but you get some pretty awesome gear when you're done.

After you complete it do you get to walk away with goodies from the quest? I also heard it extends the maximum level to 30, is this true?

I think it is meant to be the third piece of DLC that will extend the maximum level. From my understanding this DLC is just extra stuff to do, no changes to the level cap

Yup, only free content such as demos are restricted for silver users.
